Recovery in the global labour market of specialists

According to the researches made by the recruitment companies the situation in the global labour market is improving.

Almost half of workers wants to hire specialists and managers. This way, the companies would like to prepare themselves to the improvement of the economic situation.

Most chances for finding employment have got specialist in the sector of IT programming, telecommunication, pharmacy and banking. The most difficult situation will concern specialists from the engineering sector, finance and accountancy, FMCG and motorization. In the FMCG there are also expected some dismissals. 

In Poland the percentage of the companies declaring dismissals has sharply fallen from 28% to the lower rate in the world: 15%.
