The year 2008 was the year of expansion of Polish companies that looked for the opportunity for investing its money abroad. In 2009 the value of this investments had dramatically fallen but the experts assure that now it is the perfect moment for opening business in the foreign markets. There is more and more opportunities and the investment cost is lower than 2 years ago.

The expansion plan of Polish companies is also more and more touted. 

In December of 2008 the company Arctic Paper took over German paper-mill and in December of 2009 - a paper-mill in Sweden. Cormay took over a company in Switzerland, Paged will accomplish its investment in Russia, Asseco will prepare takeover in Europe and in USA. Comarch plans to enter the Chinese market, Kopex is preparing for another investments in Australia, Nowa Gala will buy a new plant in Moldavia soon.
